Good questions.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For OEM projects on our base platforms we usually start from 500 units per model. ODM projects with new tooling need larger volumes — tell us your plans and we will propose the best route.

How long does it take?

A branded OEM sample usually takes about a week. Mass production typically follows within a few weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and customization. ODM projects are planned individually.

Can you install our software and Google services?

Yes. We customize the Android ROM — launcher, boot animation, pre-installed apps, language packs, MDM and kiosk modes. Google Mobile Services availability depends on the platform and certification; we advise per project.

Do you help with certification?

We prepare devices and documentation for the certifications your market requires (for example CE, FCC or RoHS) and work with accredited labs on your behalf.

How do payment and shipping work?

Typical terms are a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. We ship FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP by air, sea or rail and prepare the export documents.

What about warranty and spare parts?

Every order includes a warranty and an agreed share of spare parts. Our after-sales team supports your service partners with parts, firmware updates and technical documentation.
